In response to the Coronavirus, Covid - 19, the Government announced there would be support for small businesses, and businesses in the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors.
This support takes the form of two grant funding schemes, the Small Business Grant Fund and the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Grant Fund.
This form is provided to capture the information required by the council to verify and make the payment of these grants.

Required Information
You will need to have your Business Rate account number and the name of the business as it appears on your recent bill. Payments will be made by BACS to your business account.
If you do not pay by direct debit, you will need to upload a copy of your most recent bank account statement. This can be a digitial copy of your bank statement or a scanned copy of your paper statement.
